About the Role
Working alongside and supporting our Property Managers, duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist Property Managers with the day-to-day administration and management of HMO and single let properties.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails and general enquiries from tenants, landlords, contractors and other customers.
- Maintain accurate property, tenant and contractor records on internal systems.
- Assist with arranging periodic inspections, check-outs and inventory inspections.
- Support Property Managers with property compliance administration, including monitoring certificate renewal dates and arranging appointments where required.
- Assist with deposit administration and preparation of information relating to deposit claims.
- Provide administrative support with tenant arrears, including maintaining records and issuing correspondence as directed by the Property Manager.
- Help manage diaries and appointments for the Property Management team.
- Communicate with tenants throughout their tenancy, helping to ensure they receive a friendly, responsive and professional service.
- Ensure property records and documentation are kept accurate and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Complete any other delegated tasks that may assist the smooth running of the sites and property office.

- A genuine interest in developing a career in Property Management and Lettings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to use their own initiative.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and desire to be an integral part of a thriving team.
