PROPERTY BROKER – CAPE TOWN

Our client, a respected company in the Commercial and Residential Property Industry, is seeking an ambitious and sales-driven Property Broker to join their growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of achieving targets, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for generating new business and closing deals. Candidates with sales experience from any industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure commercial and residential property opportunities.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
• Market properties and generate new business.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain an active client and property pipeline.
• Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Previous external sales experience from any industry.
• Proven sales track record and stable employment history.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Must have own laptop.

Remuneration:
Basic stipend for the first 3 months plus 25% commission. Thereafter, the stipend falls away and the role becomes 50% commission-based only, offering strong earning potential.
