Property Checker / Housekeeper

Reports To: Project Manager / Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Transport / pick up materials as directed.
• Assist with day to day jobsite cleaning as directed by the project manager to maintain a neat and orderly jobsite.
• Maintain good relationships with Buhrt Builders crew.
• Clean property management homes as requested by homeowners year round.
• Check property management homes on a regular basis as indicated by schedule in BT or as requested by the property manager.
• Identify maintenance issues while checking or cleaning properties.
• Maintain accurate job files in BuilderTrend including: utilize time clock with notes, monitor to-do’s for completion, monitor job schedule as needed, input daily logs as needed, and upload photos as needed.
• Communicate openly, clearly and respectfully with the property manager and project manager, including contact for illness/lateness,vacation, and jobsite questions or clarifications.
• Any occasional other tasks not previously identified.

Education/Experience:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper.
• Ability to safely use tools for cleaning homes.
• Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in BuilderTrend is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
