We are looking for a Claims Handler to manage complex Property insurance claims involving significant financial stakes. You will handle files from start to finish, maintaining regular contact with brokers, policyholders and experts.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Property claims from initial notification through to closure.
• Maintain regular telephone contact with brokers, policyholders, experts and other stakeholders.
• Draft correspondence, including claim refusals, expert appointments and requests for additional information.

Your profile

• Experience managing Property insurance claims , preferably within Corporate insurance .
• French proficiency ; good knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
• Interest in the technical aspects of Property insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to quickly understand client needs.
• Analytical mindset and strong organisational and planning skills.
• Collaborative and open-minded.
• Proactive, responsive and confident in making decisions.
• Ability to manage stress and work effectively under pressure.
