Sweep is a new property cleaning company launching in Wanaka this November. We’re backed by the Bayleys Property Management team who look after hundreds of homes across the Southern Lakes, so the work is already lined up. What we need now is the right person to make those homes shine.

Our motto is simple: properly clean properties. We think a clean space is an act of care, for the owner, the tenant, and the next guest walking through the door. If you’re the kind of person who notices the smudge on the tap, wipes the top of the fridge without being asked, and feels a quiet joy when a room is finally done right, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing

Holiday home turnovers between guests, end of tenancy cleans that get the bond back, regular cleans for homeowners, and the occasional commercial job. You’ll have your own company van, commercial grade products with an eco twist, and a clear schedule each day. You'll be working a five day roster, which may include weekends from time to time.

What we’re looking for

• A sharp eye for detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, on time, and happy working on your own or in a small team
• A full NZ driver’s licence and the right to work in New Zealand
• Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is great, but attitude matters more
