Daily responsibilities include:

-Consulting with clients and understanding their investment goals

-Conducting property presentations, viewings, and negotiations

-Managing real estate transactions from inquiry to closing

-Marketing and listing properties effectively

-Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

-Coachable and able to adapt to and respect the company culture

-Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting preferred

-Strong understanding of investment strategies and market trends

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

-Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to change

-Multilingual ability is an advantage

-Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is an advantage

-Professional certification or broker license is a plus

-Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
