Responsibilities:

Manage and close property sales and leasing transactions across Dubai

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners

Provide expert guidance on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities

Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and successful deal closures

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent client relationship management abilities

Good knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations

Professional appearance and positive attitude
