Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert property sales leads.
• Advise clients on Off-Plan and Secondary market opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Develop a strong network of investors, buyers and sellers.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months of Dubai real estate experience preferred.
• Proven sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven and self-disciplined.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
