Property Consultant

About the role

Promote and sell company real estate properties. Generate leads through social media, referrals, networking, and other marketing activities. Assist clients in selecting properties based on their needs and budget. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations. Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, reservations, and sales documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented, confident, and goal-driven
• Willing to do fieldwork, attend site visits, and work on weekends when needed
• Real estate sales experience or relevant license/certification is an advantage
