Property Consultant

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling premium real estate investment opportunities to qualified clients. You will build long-term relationships, understand clients' investment objectives, and guide them through the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities through company-generated and self-generated leads. Present and promote the company's real estate investment portfolio to prospective clients. Conduct property presentations, consultations, and negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and company products. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to completion. Represent The First Group with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
