Property Consultant

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE real estate market.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional market guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, and marketing activities.
• Manage property listings and client information through approved portals and CRM systems.
• Negotiate and close successful property transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements:

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience in sales/leasing preferred.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Ability to work effectively in a competitive, commission-driven environment.

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is preferred.

• Own Visa is mandatory.
