We’re looking for a Property Consultant to join our busy and friendly team at our West Derby Village office.

*** FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL ***

You MUST hold a full UK driving licence to be considered for this role.

This is a non-negotiable requirement due to the nature of the position, which involves travelling between properties, conducting appointments and supporting our landlords and tenants.

Please do not apply if you do not hold a full UK driving licence.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved across the lettings process, including:

• Advertising properties and generating interest from prospective tenants
• Conducting property viewings and appointments
• Managing enquiries and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Supporting the day-to-day management of rental properties
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Managing lettings administration and keeping property records up to date
• Travelling to properties and appointments across the local area
• Supporting the wider team to achieve our business and customer goals

• Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player
• Motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Passionate about property and delivering outstanding customer service
• A full UK driving licence holder – essential

Previous experience in estate agency, lettings or property management is desirable but not essential. If you have the right attitude, personality and work ethic, we want to hear from you!
