Property Consultant

• Generate leads and identify potential buyers, sellers, and property investors.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate property transactions.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property trends, and new developments.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful transactions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai property market.
• Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Dubai's residential and commercial property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship management and sales abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven, and client-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
