Property Consultant

Job Descriptions:

• Sourcing property inventories from property owners and enquiries database

• Sourcing potential customer and/or investor and make and retain connection

• Advise and convince a various property opportunity to customer and/or investor about project information, facilities, pricing etc.

• Attend to inquiries (sales, re-sales, property value, property tour) as professionally, to keep high standard of customer centric and update enquires regularly

• Assemble detailed property portfolio for customer's presentation

• Collect full details of property which includes photo, arrange viewing, floor plan & layout, brochure and showing the property information

• Build awareness and knowledge of property market and study key factors influencing property market

• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and owners, generally representing one or the other.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in residential real estate sale.
• Possess communication and selling skill
• Fast learner and have an interest in real estate business
• Skilled in coordination and negotiation Very active and good personality.
