Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo. This role involves advising clients on property options, conducting property viewings, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting process. The Property Consultant will handle inquiries, build and maintain client relationships, and provide market insights to help clients make informed decisions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with property owners, preparing listings and documentation, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end client experience. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with an understanding of local property markets and regulations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiations, and closing property transactions.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in real estate, property management, or related fields.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, traveling to properties within Colombo, and using digital tools for listings and communication.
• A relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related discipline is an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.
