Property Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Property Consultant to assist prospective customers in purchasing residential properties. The role involves handling leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle prospective customers through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain residential projects, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations.
• Maintain customer details and sales records in CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and generate regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in residential real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Experience in customer handling, lead conversion, and property sales.
• Ability to conduct site visits and close sales.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
