- Visit properties to record video guides for guests.
- Record step-by-step instructions covering parking, smart locks, TV, appliances, check-in/out procedures and other facilities.
- Edit recorded videos and prepare clear and accurate written instructions.
- Organise and manage content according to each property/unit.
- Assist in preparing content for the company’s AI Q&A guest bot.
- Travel and drive to various properties as required.
- Transport and accommodation will be provided for work-related travel.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the company.
