Property Conveyancer

Spranklin Legal is a boutique law practice which operates in a collaborative manner dedicated to providing high-level, tailored services to a diverse clientele in both property and commercial transactions.

We are seeking an experienced property conveyancer to join our dynamic team, ideally on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• ability to support colleagues within the office, including undertaking basic administrative tasks and handling telephone enquiries;
• strong experience in property conveyancing transactions, with the opportunity to grow and progress into commercial transactions for the right candidate;
• attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work; and
• proven ability to manage settlement processes, including stamping, PEXA, and paper settlements.
