About the Role

In this role, you are leading the front-end Conveyancers, who walk the client through the A-Z of their Property Transaction. They are in turn supported by a Processing and Settlements Team. This keeps our Conveyancers focused on having great conversations with, and guiding, their clients as they go through one of Life's Biggest Moments.

You will support the conveyancer with any legal advice required, particularly at the front-end of the matter. They will drive the file so you don't get bogged down, before preparing the file for your final sign-off piror to settlement.

Requirements

• An Unrestricted Queensland Practising Certificate
• Property Law Expertise: Confident across QLD residential conveyancing contracts, titles and PEXA settlements.
• Great Collaboration Ability: Working with Real Estate Agents, your team, and the other party to protect our clients and help them achieve their objective.
• Leadership & Mentoring Instincts: You know that your team winning is you winning, and you use your experience to help them grow professionally.
• Efficiency focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to excellence with strong attention to detail and consistency.
