What they need
Proudly Awarded New Zealand’s Leading
Resort at the 2025 World Travel Awards.
Our work ethos is nurturing and supportive. We are the Millbrook family and
take great pride in being one of New Zealand’s best places to work.
Overview
Set on 650 acres of lush green fairways, rolling hills and gentle streams, Millbrook Resort is an internationally acclaimed luxury lifestyle resort, and we are proud to be an employer of choice within New Zealand.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our five-star team. This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking a new challenge, wanting to broaden their hospitality experience, or looking to take the next step in their career.
If you enjoy variety, love working in beautiful surroundings, and take pride in maintaining exceptional standards, this role offers the opportunity to work across some of the resort's most stunning luxury homes and residences while playing an important part in delivering the Millbrook experience.
The Role
Working alongside the Property Manager, the Property Coordinator supports the day-to-day care, presentation and readiness of Millbrook's managed homes and luxury residences.
This is a highly varied role that combines property coordination, quality assurance, administration and hospitality. You will conduct property inspections, assist with owner and guest preparations, coordinate maintenance and contractor activity, maintain property information and documentation, and ensure every home consistently reflects the five-star standards Millbrook is renowned for.
You will also work closely with our Housekeeping team, supporting accommodation inspections, contributing to quality audits and assisting in maintaining the exceptional presentation standards expected throughout the resort.
What Does Your Office Look Like?
No two days are the same.
One day may involve inspecting luxury properties, identifying maintenance requirements and coordinating follow-up actions. The next might see you preparing homes for owner arrivals, updating property manuals and documentation, auditing accommodation standards, or collaborating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Landscaping teams to ensure every property is presented at its very best.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of the resort, gain exposure to luxury property operations, and build strong working relationships with a range of departments.
For someone who enjoys variety, working both indoors and outdoors, and seeing the direct results of their work, this is an incredibly rewarding position.
