Property Custodian Assistant

Work Location: Makati City

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, store, issue, and track supplies, materials, and fixed assets.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, updated logs of property movement, transfers, and condition status using inventory systems or software like MS Excel and SAP.
• Asset Auditing: Conduct periodic physical counts and reconciliations of inventory across different departments or cost centers.
• Maintenance and Security: Monitor asset conditions, coordinate routine repairs, and secure items against loss, damage, or theft.
• Disposal and Replacement: Process requests for new purchases and facilitate the legal or policy-compliant disposal of unserviceable property.
