Property Development Designer / Design Manager

TW Property Development creates value through the identification, planning, design, and delivery of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. We manage projects from concept through to completion, bringing together the expertise required to deliver successful property outcomes for our clients, stakeholders, and communities.

This role supports the Project Delivery Manager – Commercial in the planning, design coordination, feasibility assessment, and delivery of residential and commercial development projects from concept through to construction. The role ensures design outcomes align with project objectives, planning requirements, servicing constraints, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Delivery Manager – Commercial with the planning and delivery of property development projects.
• Prepare concept plans, site layouts, development yields, and feasibility assessments for residential and commercial developments.
• Create high-quality 3D renders and visualisations to support project planning and presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers, surveyors, and other consultants throughout the development process.
• Assist with development approvals, consent documentation, and project reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
• Support cost planning, procurement, and project delivery activities.
• Identify project risks and help ensure developments comply with relevant planning and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, tenants, councils, and other stakeholders.
