Property Development Engineer

• Coordination with all Consultant during design stage of the new infrastructure/development proposal.
• To monitoring and checking all design by C&S consultant at Design Stage and coordinate with Project Team for new project/development.
• Supporting team in the feasibility studies and obtaining planning consent (new infrastructure/development) from management on the new development proposal.
• Communicating & liaising with local authorities & government agencies for submission and approval of the development.
• To study and resolve any issues and site coordination during construction related to the development i.e., Civil Engineering issue
• Preparing paperwork for the new investors/ third parties (supporting Business Development Dept.)
• To prepare monthly management meeting report to update the new proposal and ongoing task.
• Preparing all the documentation at the planning stage (correspondence letter, fees, drawing, filing).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering (Infrastructure) or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in township development, including submissions and liaison with local authorities, assisting in feasibility studies, and coordinating development projects.

• Experience in a consultancy firm is also welcome.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD drafting.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
