Property Development Paralegal

**Are you an experienced Property Paralegal or Conveyancer looking for greater ownership, sophisticated development work and a role that properly recognises your expertise?**An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Sydney office of a leading Australian law firm for an experienced Property Development Paralegal to join its national Real Estate practice.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who already understands the complexities and pace of property development work and is comfortable taking ownership of their own workload.

Working closely with an experienced Property Partner and the broader Real Estate team, you'll be heavily involved throughout the lifecycle of development matters, including:

• Managing conveyancing requirements across large-scale off-the-plan developments
• Preparing contracts, property and settlement documentation
• Coordinating high-volume settlements through PEXA
• Managing critical dates, settlement requirements and matter progress
• Liaising directly with clients and other parties throughout transactions

You'll be trusted to manage your responsibilities with autonomy while having the resources and support of a substantial national practice behind you.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Property Paralegal or Conveyancer with solid exposure to commercial property development matters. To be considered, your experience will need to align with the following:

• Proven experience in Property Development conveyancing
• Experience with off-the-plan developments and high-volume settlements
• Confidence using PEXA
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage critical deadlines
• Confidence communicating directly with clients and other stakeholders
