What they need
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/ Architecture (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or equivalent.
With at least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be a licensed Engineer/Architect
Strong knowledge in property maintenance, building facilities, and preventive maintenance programs.
Willing to be assigned in the following work locations:

- Antipolo, Rizal
- Biñan, Laguna
- Carmona, Cavite
- Las Pinas
- Laurel, Batangas
JOB SUMMARY:
- Oversee the overall technical aspect of operations.
- Responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance and repairs and monitoring all building systems and equipment.
