Property Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

· Handle tenants' renovation. Inspect and monitor tenants' area making sure that the design/construction is within the criteria or parameters set by the Management.

· Handling AUTOCAD.

· Tracks and communicates work request status and completion.

· Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.

· Prepares/reviews plans, estimates, scope of work for various projects.

· Implements energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.

· Prepare other work as required.

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

· Required skill(s): Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Building Maintenance.

· At least 5 (s) of working experience in Property Management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Computer literate with office management skills

· Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
