PROPERTY ENGINEER

About the role

The Property Engineer is primarily responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing, controlling, and planning the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the assigned property/ies, building facilities, and equipment. He/She is in charge of preparing documentation and other admin tasks needed by the Property Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PM in ensuring that all Building Systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and sanitary, are functioning properly and effectively
• Monitor and ensure the day-to-day operations of the building, schedule of maintenance work, and responding to tenant concerns initiated by the PM
• Monitor renewal needs of the building
• Monitor all periodic services required by the building and services included in the CUSA
• Monitor all Programs/Projects provided for the year by the PM
• Assist the PM on projects for improvement or maintenance of common areas
• Monitor inventory of supplies and materials and ensure that everything is recorded
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules, utilities, department expenditures, etc
• Assist the PM in ensuring that all air-conditioning units are serviced at least Semi-Annually and Service Reports are acknowledged by the Business Units
• Assist the PM in preparing next year's Annual Budget by the last quarter of the preceding year

About you

• Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
• Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Experience in Property Management, Building Operations, Construction, or Equipment Maintenance is an advantage
