What they need
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Property Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our property and facilities while providing excellent service to tenants and stakeholders.
Qualification
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME)
- With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Property Management
- Experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
