What they need
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- With at least 6 months of working experience in related property management, facilities, and construction (FRESH GRADUATES CAN APPLY)
- With licensed is a plus
- Must be technically competent
- Knowledge of plan evaluation
- Experience in monitoring house construction and horizontal properties is an advantage
- Must have an experience in at least one of the following Project Development Phases/Stages: Planning and Design, General Construction, Testing & Commissioning of various MEFPS System and Building/Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
- Can start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
