Property Engineer

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• With at least 6 months of working experience in related property management, facilities, and construction (FRESH GRADUATES CAN APPLY)
• With licensed is a plus
• Must be technically competent
• Knowledge of plan evaluation
• Experience in monitoring house construction and horizontal properties is an advantage
• Must have an experience in at least one of the following Project Development Phases/Stages: Planning and Design, General Construction, Testing & Commissioning of various MEFPS System and Building/Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
• Can start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
