Property Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related Course
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in property engineering, construction, or project management.
• With experience in site inspections, construction supervision, and fit-out/renovation projects
• With strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and engineering standards
• Willing to do fieldworks

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular site inspection to assess property conditions and identify maintenance or project requirements
• Oversee construction, renovation, and fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports, highlighting risks, delays, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and budget monitoring
