Property Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and guide officers in implementing operational best practices and maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of common properties within residential estates.
• Investigate and resolve residents’ feedback, complaints and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor contractors’ performance and coordinate, inspect and verify completed repair and maintenance works.
• Carry out enforcement actions in accordance with established by-laws, policies and procedures.
• Conduct monthly Common Void Deck inspections and bi-monthly estate inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Manage the team’s monthly term-contract payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Ensure the prompt processing of Variation Claims, work orders and tax invoices.
• Attend monthly Resident Network meetings and maintain effective working relationships with Residents’ Network representatives and grassroots partners.
• Provide operational and logistical support for Town Council events and estate activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holders
• Minimum 2 years in similar role
• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
• People-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Able to work under pressure
