Property Executive

Property Executive

You will be handling property management, building services, facilities, and resident relations across private condominiums in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of building services, equipment, and facilities
• Monitor service providers and ensure contract requirements are met
• Attend to breakdowns, enquiries, and feedback
• Ensure contracts, insurance, certificates, and licences are renewed on time
• Coordinate Council Meetings and AGMs, including notices, agendas, documents, and minutes
• Maintain proper records and correspondence
• Monitor payments and arrears recovery
• Liaise with solicitors on arrears and related matters
• Prepare Management and Sinking Fund budgets

Prerequisite:

• Minimum Diploma in Property Management preferred
• Relevant Property Management experience preferred; able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good work attitude with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of smart estate applications and digital payment platforms preferred
• Service-oriented and willing to serve residents
• Active listener with strong communications skills in writing and in speaking
• Responsive to enquiries and able to find practical solutions

Location of work: Private Condominiums in various parts of Singapore

Work Days/Hours: 5.5 days Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6.00pm

Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm or 9am to 1.00pm
