Job Scope
Oversee & lead Technicians on preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems to ensure operational reliability.
Supervise on-site contractors and third-party vendors, ensuring all repairs and servicing comply with service level agreements
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect defects, manage the fault reporting system, and troubleshoot issues.
Investigate critical issues, provide technical recommendations
Prepare maintenance reports and manage inventory for repairs
Requirements
Diploma Qualification in Facility Management or Equivalent1 Year of Facility Management Experience preferably in Office Operation Set Up Environment
