Property Facilities Manager

About the role

This role as Facilities Manager provides support to overseas international hotel operations, maintenance, and compliance for overall facilities. Lead incident response, subcontractor coordination, while promoting safety, efficiency, and government standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor 24/7 hotel and estate property O&M teams and subcontractors
• Conduct safety briefings and compliance training
• Drive accountability and performance metrics
• Facilitate the duty operation and maintenance team liaison for user requests and service issues
• Lead incident response and reporting
• Perform field inspections
• Schedule and advice support on preventive/corrective maintenance
• Manage government, subcontractor, and internal team communications
• Support tender evaluations and procurement
• Track maintenance performance against contractual obligations and report deviations

About you

• Degree holder or above in Electrical or Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management
• Five years' relevant experience in property management/facilities management or related industries
• Holder of valid Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker at Grade A is preferable
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety, and BMS in commercial facilities
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance standards
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• Based in China. With experience working inn China is preferred.
