The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting Entry, Routine & Exit inspections professionally
• Capturing detailed photos and condition notes
• Recording spoken reports for Entry inspections (admin team transcribes)
• Collecting & returning keys to agencies
• Uploading reports daily from home
• Managing travel between properties
• Representing Property Assist with confidence and integrity

This is an independent field-based role — ideal for someone disciplined, organised, and proactive.
