About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our growing team. This role involves conducting routine inspections and entry/exit condition reports across residential properties, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and presentation.

This is a mobile role suited to someone who enjoys working independently while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections across residential properties
• Complete detailed entry, exit, and condition reports
• Capture clear, consistent photographic evidence
• Identify maintenance issues and report accurately
• Liaise professionally with property managers and tenants
• Ensure all reports are completed within required timeframes

About You

• Holds a current Real Estate Certificate (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using inspection/reporting software and mobile apps
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
