Property Lawyer

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Property Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong foundation in Thai property law and a desire to work in a dynamic, international legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultation to clients on a wide range of real estate matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence, draft and review contracts, and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including conveyancing.
• Structure real estate developments in compliance with Thai laws and regulations.
• Prepare legal documentation in both Thai and English, including contracts, due diligence reports, powers of attorney, and government filings.
• Expertly manage real estate transactions and represent clients in dealings with all involved parties.
• Collaborate closely with foreign colleagues and assist in legal research and analysis.
• Act as a key liaison for foreign clients, ensuring clear communication and high-quality legal support.

Qualifications:

• LL.B. from a reputable Thai university; LL.M. (domestic or international) is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate and property law.
• Strong command of both Thai and English, with excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage client matters with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Team-oriented, professional, and committed to continuous development.
