Property Leasing Executive

About the role

Manage commercial leasing across assigned hotels and properties by acquiring tenants, negotiating and closing deals, managing contracts and payments, maintaining tenant relationships, and increasing occupancy and rental income.

Key responsibilities

• Find, contact, present spaces to, and follow up with potential tenants until lease signing
• Negotiate rental rates, deposits, contract terms, and other conditions within company guidelines
• Maintain a leasing pipeline and tenant database
• Monitor rent, deposits, utilities, and other payments; follow up on overdue amounts with Finance
• Prepare and maintain lease agreements and tenant documents
• Track contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals
• Maintain accurate leasing and payment records
• Independently manage more than 40 commercial rental spaces across assigned properties
• Maintain tenant relationships and resolve concerns with relevant departments
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Security, and other teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field
• 1–3 years' experience in property leasing, real estate, sales, business development, or hotel operations
• Strong sales, negotiation, closing, communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and report preparation
• Able to independently manage more than 40 rental spaces and multiple tenants
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
