Property Leasing Manager

About the role

The Property Leasing Manager is responsible for maximizing occupancy, rental income, and commercial performance across the Group's property portfolio. The role will manage the leasing lifecycle from tenant acquisition and prospecting through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, renewals, and tenant relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy and rental revenue
• Identify and approach prospective tenants and business operators
• Generate new leasing opportunities through networking, direct sales, brokers, referrals, and market research
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Manage the leasing pipeline from initial enquiry through contract signing
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, deposits, incentives, and other commercial conditions
• Prepare and present leasing proposals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and manage lease renewals
• Monitor local property and rental market conditions and track competitor properties
• Provide regular leasing performance reports to management and identify action plans to reduce vacancy

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property leasing, real estate, commercial property, or related sales roles
• Proven experience in acquiring and retaining tenants
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Strong understanding of the local property market
• Strong sales and business-development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English
• Thai language is required for Thailand-based roles
