Property Listing & Scouting Manager

Korrect Homes is hiring a Property Listing & Scouting Manager to source completed properties for sale from Lekki Phase 1 to Epe.

You must know the roads, estates, communities, landmarks, and alternative routes across this axis. This role combines regular fieldwork, office reporting, and weekly targets for approved listings.

Responsibilities:

• Scout properties and build relationships with owners, developers, agents, engineers, estate managers, and security personnel.
• Confirm availability and the representative’s authority; obtain permission to photograph and market.
• Gather accurate prices, features, location details, agency terms, and supporting documents for verification.
• Take clear photographs, record walkthrough videos, and perform basic editing.
• Submit complete listings, maintain organised records, and update prices and availability.
• Coordinate inspections, confirm access, and guide clients and the sales team to sourced properties.
• Meet weekly listing targets and submit fieldwork reports.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the Lekki–Epe corridor.
• Strong communication, networking, organisation, and follow-through.
• Basic smartphone photography, video editing, maps, WhatsApp, and spreadsheet skills.
• Integrity, punctuality, initiative, and willingness to work outdoors.
• Property sourcing or real estate experience is an advantage.

Compensation: Two salary components plus an agreed commission share on sourced properties sold. Transport or allowances provided for approved fieldwork.
