Property Litigation Fee Earner

We are seeking a Property Litigation Fee Earner to join our growing Property Litigation department at our Preston Office. As a well established regional law firm, we take pride in our strong community presence, client focused approach and commitment to professional excellence, while supporting the career growth of our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing new litigation enquiries, assessing the issues and identifying the appropriate course of action.

• Conducting initial client meetings and taking detailed instructions.

• Drafting letters before action, correspondence, pleadings and other legal documentation.

• Managing straightforward cases from initial instruction through to conclusion.

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are managed in line with the Vincent’s compliance and quality standards.

• Supporting the wider Litigation team with more complex matters where required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience working within Litigation.

• Ideally CILEX qualified or 0 – 2 years PQE as a Solicitor.

• Confidence in managing a Property Litigation caseload.

• A genuine interest in developing your career within Property Litigation.
