An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded Top 500 law firm with an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and a strong presence across the London market.

This is an opportunity to join an established, specialist property team within a respected, full-service firm known for its expertise, client care and commitment to achieving excellent outcomes. With a varied and interesting caseload, you will have the opportunity to work on complex property disputes, develop your technical expertise and build your profile within a well-regarded practice.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes, advising a diverse client base that includes private individuals, landlords, tenants, developers and property owners.

Your work will include:

• Landlord and tenant disputes, including lease issues, breaches of covenant and forfeiture.
• Residential and commercial boundary disputes, rights of way and easement claims.
• Leasehold disputes, service charge issues and property management matters.
• Property ownership disputes, including claims between co-owners and TOLATA matters.
• Commercial property litigation, including dilapidations, contractual disputes and disputes arising from commercial leases.
• Disputes involving property disrepair, professional negligence and other contentious real estate matters.

You will be involved in matters from initial advice and dispute resolution through to formal litigation where required, with an emphasis on providing commercially minded, strategic advice to clients.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Solicitor with around 3 years' PQE in property litigation.
• Experience handling a range of residential and/or commercial property disputes.
• Strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a confident approach to managing client relationships.
• A commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify practical solutions and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
