We are a close-knit and approachable team looking for the right person to join us and become an important part of our ongoing property maintenance operation. We offer a varied working environment where no two days are necessarily the same.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced General Maintenance Worker to carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair and improvement works across our property portfolio.

This is a varied role requiring a capable and versatile individual who is confident working across multiple trades, can identify and resolve maintenance issues, and is comfortable working independently.

Key skills and experience desired:

• General property repairs and maintenance
• General electrical work
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Minor roofing repairs
• Joinery and carpentry
• Painting and decorating
• General property improvement works
• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence essential
• Own van preferred, but not essential
• Previous property maintenance or multi-trade experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Reliable, professional and able to maintain a high standard of workmanship
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: Negotiable depending on experience, skills and capabilities.
