Join our dynamic facilities management team as a Property Maintenance Manager, where you'll lead the maintenance and repair operations across our diverse property portfolio. This role is vital in ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate seamlessly, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. As a proactive leader, you will oversee maintenance teams, implement safety protocols, satisfy owner requests and drive continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of facilities management.

Duties

• Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance repair procedures across all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex systems, including HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing infrastructure, and upholding property integrity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards by conducting safety audits, maintaining safety documentation, and training staff on proper procedures.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and engineering diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs and system upgrades.
• Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or renovations by managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships.
• Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting; employ schematics for system diagnostics; maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Enforce facility safety protocols and manage emergency response procedures to priority guest facing issues.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for facilities maintenance management that align with organizational goals.

Experience

• Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in industrial or commercial settings.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and general contractor knowledge.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling work orders, tracking assets, and maintaining maintenance records.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations along with experience implementing safety programs within a facilities environment.
• Skilled in reading schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting documentation to diagnose issues accurately.
• Excellent leadership abilities combined with effective communication skills in English to motivate teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
