Full-time Entry-level — willing to train $46,000 and up, based on experience.

Rent Bridgton is seeking a reliable, motivated team member to help maintain our residential and commercial properties in Bridgton. We offer hands-on work, a supportive team, and the opportunity to contribute to the Bridgton community. Responsibilities

· Complete tenant maintenance requests, including cabinet adjustments, troubleshooting appliances, lightbulb replacement, HVAC heat pump cleaning, and window blind replacement.

· Perform routine upkeep, including filter cleaning and replacement, door hardware repairs, and smoke detector battery replacement.

· Assist with painting, pressure washing, cleaning, mechanical system service, and warranty work.

· Help maintain grounds through light lawn care, snow removal, and sidewalk salting.

· Provide courteous, professional service to residential and commercial tenants alike.

· Communicate work status, outstanding needs, and maintenance concerns to the team.

· Assist with other tasks as needed from time to time; flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities are essential.

Qualifications

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Strong customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.

· Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and pride in your work.

· Interest in supporting the community and learning new skills.

Experience with basic hand tools, light cleaning, general labor, maintenance, repairs, painting, or drywall repair is helpful but not required.

Pay and benefits

Schedule and location
