GBP Field Services Texas LLC is looking for reliable, professional, and skilled Field Technicians to service residential properties throughout the Greater Houston area.

We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and can perform a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks in occupied residential homes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential properties
• Troubleshoot and repair drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman issues
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance conditions
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, office staff, and supervisors
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites as needed
• Work inside occupied residential homes while maintaining professionalism and customer service standards

Requirements:

• English required (Spanish is a plus)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clean background
• Valid Driver License and active auto insurance
• Reliable truck or van in good condition capable of transporting tools, equipment, and materials
• Availability to travel throughout the Greater Houston area daily as required
• Smartphone capable of sending/receiving emails, photos, and work order communications
• Basic tools required
• Basic skills in drywall, minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Professional appearance and communication skills required

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
