Property Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping buildings running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll help maintain safe, functional, and well-cared-for facilities by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Troubleshoot problems quickly to keep operations running efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards
• Support additional building and maintenance needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
