The Opportunity You will serve as a core technician driving multi-trade repairs, unit turns, and general property maintenance across active residential and apartment communities. This role empowers you to apply your multi-trade skills to prepare units for occupancy while delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. You will enjoy the autonomy to resolve dynamic field challenges with the support of a dedicated home office team.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Execute turn-key punch work, addressing adjustments and finishing details to prepare apartment units for new occupancy.
• Perform multi-trade property maintenance, including finish carpentry, tile repairs, concrete touch-ups, and basic plumbing fixes.
• Install and repair cabinets, doors, windows, trim, framing, subfloors, and fixtures according to project specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely to complete daily maintenance tasks and work orders efficiently.
• Inspect completed repair work for quality standards and report material needs directly to division leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites in compliance with company safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or multi-family renovation.
• Possession and maintenance of personal hand tools required to perform multi-trade maintenance duties.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 70 pounds and working from ladders or scaffolding up to three stories high.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Specialized experience executing turn-key punch lists for multi-family apartment communities.
• Expertise in finish carpentry, tile setting, concrete repairs, roofing repairs, and light plumbing fixture replacement.
• Familiarity with quality control inspections and local building code standards.
