On-Call Property Management Assistant

Leaso Property Management is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as an on-call Property Management Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our property management operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Run errands and provide on-the-ground support as needed.
• Pick up and deliver packages and materials to job sites.
• Take photos and video tours of real estate properties.
• Conduct visual inspections of properties.
• Communicate with tenants and maintain positive, productive relationships.
• Assist in managing all aspects of assigned properties, including arranging maintenance to meet standards.
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
• Oversee property personnel and assess their performance.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
• Ability to be available on call for tenants' calls and emergencies.
• Experience in property management or related fields is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
